These fees are charged to landlords, not tenants. All prices include VAT at 20%.
Among the few fee structures that protect the landlord any time a tenant serves notice in the 12 months.
As an agent we are here to protect you — including from what we see as government overreach.
Tenants: we do not charge any fees banned under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Permitted payments — rent, a tenancy deposit, a holding deposit and any permitted default fees — are explained at offer stage.
